Identify an EMS tracking number

Why EMS tracking can pause
International mail may travel for several days without a public scan. Gaps can occur during airline transport, handover between postal administrations, customs examination, weekends, local holidays or temporary capacity restrictions. Tracking does not show the article’s continuous physical location.
First confirm that the last event is genuinely overdue for the route and service purchased. Then compare the India Post record with the destination operator’s tracking page. Avoid submitting repeated complaints while the article is still within the service estimate supplied at booking.
Customs charges and clearance
Postal charges paid in India do not necessarily include import duty, tax, storage or handling assessed in the destination country. Customs decisions are made by the relevant authority, not by this website. The recipient should follow any legitimate notice issued by the destination postal operator or customs authority and verify payment requests through official channels.
